Apart from that the carbohydratesthat are taken in an organism, replace the calories spent during physicalexercises.
An ordinary person in an hour of physical exercises loses on the averageabout litre of water through sweat. In this connection the Spanishscientists recommend to drink as a part of a sports diet every day to menhalf-litre, women - a quarter of litre of beer.
